A platform that forms US companies for non-residents and then keeps them alive — filings, bookkeeping, banking and payment processors — on a subscription.

Neubase sets up LLCs and C-Corps in the United States for people who do not live there, and then handles the part that actually kills those companies: staying compliant. Filings have deadlines. Bookkeeping has to exist before it is needed. Banking and payment processing have to be reachable by someone with no US presence and no US credit history.

That makes it a workflow product wearing an e-commerce hat. Formation is a one-off with a lot of state — jurisdiction, entity type, ownership, EIN, registered agent — and everything after it is recurring: annual reports, tax filings, books, each with its own clock. The platform serves four quite different shapes of customer, from agencies invoicing US clients to trucking dispatch operations to startups raising money, and their obligations are not the same.

Commercially it runs on subscriptions that scale with the company’s revenue and transaction volume, and it plugs into the accounts its customers actually need — Stripe, Mercury, Wise, PayPal. By their own numbers it has served more than three hundred clients across thirty-six countries.
